Center Punch Creative is hiring a sales associate focused on closing deals for custom merchandise and creative services. This role is suited for someone who can manage a pipeline, build relationships, and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.
What You’ll Sell

- Custom apparel: hats, hoodies, shirts

- Branded merchandise: stickers, patches, drinkware, promo items

- Creative services: branding, graphic design, website design

- Custom orders for businesses, events, schools, and organizations
Deal sizes typically range from hundreds to several thousand dollars+, with repeat order potential.
Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate new business (local outreach, referrals, events, online)

- Work inbound leads provided by the company

- Present solutions tailored to customer needs

- Close deals and drive revenue

- Follow up and build repeat business

- Maintain basic tracking of leads and sales activity
