The challenge

Rare Earth Salts, a Beatrice company that separates and refines rare earth elements, wanted a premium hat that would hold up to everyday wear and be easy to keep clean.

What we made

We printed their full-color logo on premium leatherette with UV printing. It holds up well and wipes clean more easily than embroidery or a woven patch. For extra durability and a more finished look, each patch got a hand-guided stitched perimeter, sewn in our shop.
