Hats are something people actually wear, which makes them one of the best places for your logo. We make custom hats for crews, events, brands, teams and companies, in trucker, rope, snapback, Flexfit and performance styles, plus visors, beanies, and youth and women’s fits.

Patches in every style
Most of our hats use leatherette patches made in our shop: laser engraved or printed in full color, cut to the shape of your logo, and sometimes layered or inlaid for depth. We also offer leather, PVC, woven, acrylic, embroidered and sublimated patches, and fabric patches can have a merrowed edge for a classic badge look.
Patch or no patch
Some designs look best right on the hat. Depending on your artwork, hats can be embroidered, sublimated, or decorated with a DTF or screen-printed transfer, and we’ll recommend the method that suits your logo and how the hat will be worn.
Sewn on in our shop
We can sew your patches on, too. A post-bed machine stitches around the edge while we turn the hat by hand through every corner. It takes longer than pressing a patch on, and it’s worth it on a hat people wear every day.
