The challenge

Team Halo Outdoors, a nonprofit that takes veterans on hunting and fishing trips, brought us its patch design to put on hats.

What we made

We put their embroidered patches on camo and olive rope hats, sewing each one on in our shop on a post-bed machine and turning the hat by hand around every curve. Stitching the patch on gives it extra durability and a more finished look.
