The challenge
Gunny Gear is a woman- and veteran-owned apparel brand, started by a Marine who spent years looking for gear made to fit someone built like her, then decided to make it herself. Its mark, a sword in a laurel wreath over the word Earned, goes on everything the brand makes, including its hats.
What we made
We make Gunny Gear's patch hats, turning the mark into leatherette patches in five looks: pink, bronze, brown, white and black-on-black, on trucker, rope and other hat styles. We've made them for the brand since July 2025.
